I've heard of a couple people on HT with one...but i dont think anyone has a link to directions on installing one...just wire in a switch that breaks the electric current to the fuel pump.. that'll shut down the car and it shouldnt be too hard at all.

Just some info. Your local Circuit City can install a fuel cut switch for under 100$

Probably the best 100$ you can spend on your car. Just a heads up......

http:..www.the12volt.com/relays/page2.asp
http://www.jdmfan.com -> Technical -> kill switch

these two sites had instructions on kill switches. Confused though, what are the numbers? (85, 86, 87)

yeah, but then all the punks at circuit city have gotten a good look at your car AND know where the switch is...i'd say you're worse off than before you took it in. Something as relatively simple as this should be done by you and only you...it's not a secret if anyone else knows it.

kill switches will only help if they try driving it away,

if they tow it away, rip.

anyhow, if your going to wire in a kill switch, make sure use it for the fuel pump
how do i go about wiring a kill switch for fuel pump, fuzznuts?
