here is the run down i was crusing down the street and i down shifted to engage vtec but when i down shifted i didnt notice how fast i was going i down shifted doing about 65 ish so i down shifted into second like an idiot and when i did i hit the rev limiter like a b*tch and then i shifted into third and kept going my question is do u guys think anything happend to my car or am i fine let me know asap thanks guys

How should we know if you did anything ... why don't you tell us how it's running, how's the idle, etc?

 

sorry just a little nervous its idling fine but it makes a ticking sound but i think its always been there im going to take it to acura tomm to make sure i didnt bend any valves let me know if u guys kow anything it also smelled fine nothing burning or anything thanks

As long as you hit the revlimiter, it should be fine.
