Default My future setup

Now that I`ve found a tuner, I can go on and get all the parts.

What gain can I expect with:

JUN stage 2
crower valvesprings/reatiners
Apexi Power FC
K&N Filter

My R puts out 159whp stock

get the JUN springs and use the crower retainers. i dont think the crower springs hold that well for high RPM's and go with the JUN 3's its a very streetable cam

i would use the Jun 3's, with a decent valve train, cancel the Power FC , get the head done by JG , switch to OBD I, with a nice program, a JDM 4-1 header, 2.5 inch exhaust and put a drop in air filter. some cam gears and tune. I mean i dont know how much power you want, but this is a good ( not wild) set up.

I already got the springs and will use them. My tuner is experienced with the power fc so I will go for it.
I forgot to mention the AEM-camgears I already own.

So these parts are a surely komponents of my setup.

The only ones I still will have to order are the cams and the gasket.

So what can I expect with JUN 3 and power fc ?

180whp realistic ?

I was able to get 182 on stock cams with AEM Gears, APEXi V-AFC, JDM header and 2.5" exhaust.
So, yes, with your parts, I would think 180 whp is a bare minimum...

Just wondering: what do you already have now? Intake? Exhaust? etc.....

I have:

crower springs/retainers
AEM camgears
K&N Filter

What I need is the power fc and the fitting cams.

My Tuner told me to go for JUN cams.

The exhaust is stock and I`m thinking of ordering a spoon 421 header

180-190whp is what I expect and I would be happy with, so I think I`m am
on the right way.
I found JUN cams at a Japan website. All stages 48000 Yen (about 420 USD)
takakaira.com or so

Is this a good deal ?
