thanks all for your help. there's a track event that yoshi told me about in january... and also one in february that my friend is going to. so i might go to those without the mods first. just need to change my brake fluid because i have to slam on the brakes to make a stop now.

 

while changing the fluid, check your pads, you mightve cooked those while you were at laguna..

 

Don't bother at this stage, about trying to make your car faster....concentrate rather on making it brake, corner and grip better!! Therefore, I agree with many of the above repliese to this thread and advise the following -

* Better Tyres.
* Uprated Brake pads.
* Uprated Brake fluid.
* A proper 4 wheel alignment (camber/castor/tow-in).
* An advanced Driving Course (will make you far smoother/consistant!).

You'll pick up more time, for less money....plus you'll have more confidence and safety in the process!

You better ask some of your CA mates, given I'm in Australia mate?! I just take my car to 'The Man' here in Canberra....he asks which track I'm going to and then sets the car up accordingly! So I can't give you specs or figures....sorry.
