Lol..even though I shredded my timing belt w/ 2900 miles, I'm going w/ a $50 stock belt every 15k-20k miles(Daily Driven(no vtec), wild weekends every other week(hitting 8100 maybe once or twice). It really just depends on how YOU drive your car. If you rag and flog it out everyday, like so many of us need a dosage of vtec or redline everyday it would probably be smart to change your oil around 2.5k and the timing belt sooner. But for a daily driven/weekend racer the beginning your list is the beginning of a potentially very long list. I'm going to do some research on the valve adjustment intervals tomorrow.
EDIT:
Don't forget to check and tighten your cam gear bolts fairly often, and replace your tensioner along w/ your timing belt.
