Default Machine Shop in the bay area

Looking for a good machine shop in the bay area to do some boring out and head work any recomondations?

For bore and hone, goto TEM Machine Shop. Talk to Rich, he is the owner.
He is in Napa. He has all the right tools to do the job right. Does a lot of work for the SCCA spec classes.

He does not do headwork though. I would send it to Erick's in Socal...actually the guy that did headwork for Erick's opened up his own shop. I forgot the name though. Alaniz or something like that.

go to Clarks Machine Shop in Cupertino.
Its just a normal machine shop. Boring and basic headwork is nothing to a good machine shop. No need to waist money at places like Ericks, etc... for boring, etc... If its done right, then its done right. Nothing to it.
As for headwork I would send the head to Portflow and the block to some local good machine shop (Clarks, etc...) for the boring. Or just contact http://www.dynospotracing.com and they will tell you who to go to around here. Most likely it will be the places I named off.
