JDM OEM lip, Spoon C/F lip, which is lower?

Default JDM OEM lip, Spoon C/F lip, which is lower?
I was just wondering which sits lower between the JDM OEM lip, and the Spoon CF lip, or is it the same? Any info appreciated. Thx.

I believe the sp00n to be lower, but by how much i do not know.
