yeah, HID ownz, PIAA xtreme white is not too bad though compare to other hyper white/blue bulbs, I had it before I changed to HID.

how do the piaa xtreme white compare to the super plasma 9006? i just ordered a pair from mike, just wondering what they will look like...comparable to the xtreme whites or what? thanks

i have the PIAAs, and they are nothing compared to HID =P
my friend found a pair of lexus GS400 HID's in a junkyard (working perfect), and managed to fit them in his '00 Si... with little modification. they look O_O

is it easy to install those HID's? I saw some auctions on ebay which had a whole "kit" for sale do you really need a whole kit or just the bulbs?

HIDs are a little bit more complicated but very easy also, just requires more steps.

can you really compare lights being one is projectin and the other isn't?
I know HID's put out more/ better light, casue i got a set. but i was just thinking you are really compareing then the right way since one is projection lights.

I have the japanese PIAA xtreme white, they are a little brighter than the USDM xtreme white plus check out. http://www.nextcollection.com they are rated 4350k i think or maybe it was 4150

Hey AOI-ZIP, can you show us some frontal pictures of your HIDS and also your cut off?
Here's a few pictures why OEM HID owns:
The top 2 pictures are of S2000 projectors in Civic Projector Headlights, and the bottom picture is of Hella projectors in a VW VR6. (Pretty much all projectors are made by Hella). And both of the kits are the same as the philips OEM kit.
I can't wait to get started on my project!
