JDM INTEGRA TYPE-R Blank Key

Hello Guys,have the Jdm blank Key one chip in the key for the programme Code?Someone knows?

those are 97-98 keys which have no chip.
I have mine for my 98.

Thats no Problem.The problem is the chip this Key have no chip
