Re: (Sam)
not to be a dick, but if you were day dreaming and dont remember going into his lane and hitting him, most likely you did hit him. Obviously you were not paying attention to the road and were day dreaming. Although there are not witness i would just say i probably did hit him and try and settle it without insurence. Just be a man and fess up to a mistake you made. I just recently had a fender bender and if they guy just admited he hit me i would have just let it go since it was just a small scuff, but since he was so persistant and rude, i filed a police report, and i am pending to go to small claims court.
cliff note: you werent paying attention to the road. you probably did hit him. be a man and just admit you did it.

Sam, the turn of honesty or conscience is to be commended, however I'd just not say anything to anyone any more about this!
He'll get his car fixed, eventually.
Only REAL downside at this point is what you MIGHT say if this was ever taken to court. Your choice. Best of luck.

Yes, the more I think about it, the more I think that it's my fault, I already called him and told me I will have the insurance to fix it.
Thanks guys for giving me advice and helping me out.

Re: (Sam)
that Nissan guy needs to learn how to be a defensive driver! Even if you drifted, he should have seen you, and he should have avoided you. Sounds like you were both day dreaming
