I need help with installing my set of recaro seats.

Is there a step by step that I should follow? I assume its pretty simple but you can never know.

Anything I need to look out for?

if you have the correct rails they should just bolt in, 4 bolts, one on each corner

the seats that i have do not have the sensor for the seat belt clips.

should i just switch my stock ITR seat belt clips with the JDM recaro ones?

It does for the JDM driver (USDM passenger) side. The best thing to do is swap out for USDM buckles. Depin the plug so you can feed it through the small hole on the rail.

Yeah i just realized that the jdm one has it...stupid me.

BUT

You do need to switch out the seat belt clips because the JDM seat belt clips only move backwards which makes it hard to buckle the clip in. On the USDM ones they go fowards and not backwards. So for future reference anyone looking at this, change the seatbelt clips!!!

I didn't have an extra set of USDM buckles at the time and I swapped the JDM ones to the other side. It still works, but tinge harder to put the seatbelt on.

ok after installing the seats, the bracket on the JDM driver side is curved so the wire loom for the seat sensor can go under it. with the USDM driver one, it is not curved like that so i just used the JDM ones.
