ignition problem gone!
Weird, but simple, so it seems.
I worked on the problem with EE_Chris from H-T and therefore I removed some wires from the coil in the distributor. I reattachet all wires and installed the distributor together. On the way home form work the problem was gone. Only 1 time while reving up to 9krpm it had happend. I think I will clean all wires and attachements in the distributor tomorrow.
