Hytech Header O2 Sensor Question?
I used a O2 extender that Comptech had laying around for their NSX superchager kits. I think that you can get an extender from DC sports...I think that their Civic EX had to use one to relocate the O2 sensor, this is for the primary sensor only. I simply removed the secondary sensor as I no longer needed it with the engine management that I was/am now using.

So that means Comptech makes a kit?

err..... I meant that you can make your own with a little ingenuity and scouring junkyards..... You know that the plugs for injectors over on the fender well side are the exact same plugs as the o2 sensors? Just get the male and female and whatever length of wire you need and solder together, heat shrink, and heat shield if you desire. Plug and play.
Also, does nobody around here know what
means? It ment i was just pulling your chain. I would end up doing the same, or just cut the fawker and soilder some longer wires in between the bitch. Fawk spending money when it takes 3 minutes and 2 dollars for wires. But I guess if you aren't good with a soildering iron, or if you don't even know what one is.....

No.

Yeah I agree with you. It's just that *some* of us like the plug and play-ability so we don't hack into sheit and then later find out that the solder came loose, etc..... Also looks clean and factory when you go back to stock.

Well just got off the phone with Comptech. They said they don't sell it seperatly but it comes with the Civic Headers. He said he would sell it to me for $60
I said are you crazy for a cable?
So it looks like I will be making my own.

Bah, why does everybody wana go back to stock eventually? I don't get it. Everybody is telling me to keep my stock parts so I have them when I go back to stock. ****... I'm going to do a weld in cage after expo, I think I'm long past every going back to stock after that. I don't plan on ever selling the car.
I agree 100% with you, I'm never selling the car. But others may have their own reasons. I just like factory clean installs, so that's why. I like being able to reconfigure back to factory stock to keep it clean if i decide to go turbo for example...
