Tear them apart, regrease everything, replace the seals and rubber rings. You can usually buy remanufactured ones pretty cheap at the big box parts stores for pretty cheap - core return.

I realize there will be a price difference between your car and my car, but I picked up a set of reman calipers at autozone for $60. Can't beat that and it took me 5 minutes.

i picked up some calipers this weekend for $34 plus $20 core charge from autozone (87-89 integra calipers)

Rebuilds are doable, but time consuming. You'll need compressed air to get the piston out and then clean them up nicely. Then you get to seat a new seal, reseat the piston. And finally poke/prod/wiggle/jiggle the dust boot in. Not the easiest, not the hardest; rebuilds are definitly easier though.

Pep Boys is another option. I think I paid $34.95 each + core for my reman'd calipers.

I just rebuild my ITR calipers, and took about 30 minutes total for both fronts....taking my time with it. Nothing hard, complicated, tricky about it at all.
Cost ~$40 for Honda rebuild kits for both front calipers.
