just check periodically and re-wrap heavily as needed...
it should work for 2-3 months at a time

also i dont plan on plugging it in to the testpipe, due to it not having a 02 bung... so will it still eat away the tin foil???

yes, it will still heat up and eat thru the tin foil...

Do you have JDM sandwich bags? I want some because they make your sandwich last longer. But how do I order some of that Heavy Duty JDM tin foil for my burritos, I take them to work for LUNCH. mmmmmmmmmm LUNCH

you can do this trick http://www.s2ki.com/forums/ind...&st=0
i.ve done it on a few cars and it worked everytime. one car even had an electronic simulator in it that failed to work after a few hundred miles.
before the defoulers i ran the foil over the 02 wrapped in 2 sandwich bags(to keep the sensor from getting wet) for about a year.
