Formula 1 - GRAND PRIX DU CANADA - MONTREAL 06-07-08 JUIN 2008
This year I decided to see Formula 1 race and the closest one happening was in Montreal so here I’m am posting some pics I took over the last three days (practice, qualifications and the actual race).
I have to say that I felt in love with Montreal. This city made me feel like I was back home in Europe……… Everything here is great, the food, parties, people, women.........it's adictive and yes Montreal, I will be back!
I was cheering to my native Robert Kubica and as some of you know he took the first place................................
This was a lifetime experience and I would love to share some pictures with you guys so I hope you will enjoy them.

Missing the Canadian Grand Prix. I haven't been back there since 98. What a city. What a party. What a weekend. What a great time to head north. Man I miss Montreal. If you guys on the right coast have the chance, it IS the time of your life, Grand Prix weekend or not.
What a race for Kubica. Near death last year to the top step on the podium.

Kubica will be the next champion, he is fearless
It was a lifetime experience to watch the race.... we had seats on stand 1, right in front of BMW pit stop which gave us a great view of other pit stops as well.
What a weekend, I will definitely be back.

I was there too!
I was sitting in Section 8 Row AA --- very close to you. My pictures are very similar to yours....
Montreal is a great city and the F1 race was sweet.
I am definitely going again next year....

I'm here until Wednesday night so I still got some quality time in front of me. I just got back from the old town and it was truly amazing.
Montreal is a true European like city

Yup. The Chicago polish community loves our Honda's, but most of the youngens have no clue what to do with them besides lots of fancy graphics and AutoZone mufflers, oh and Drivers Image decals. Haha. Nice too see someone using an R for the right purposes. Plan on looking for a CW within a year's time.

Cheers and good luck with looking for your R

Wow, Dog Stop, it's been a good 6 or so years since I've hung out there. There food hit the spot after a long night of drunkeness. Being 18-21 or so years old those were the old "stomping" grounds. Damn, now I got a taste for it.
