Clutchmasters/Fidanza/Addco are all great for the money.

Comptech and JUN makes some of the lightest flywheels for the ITR. The lightest Comptech flywheel is around 9 lbs I believe. Going with a big name brand flywheel is the safest option. The big companies are some of the only ones that have enough resources to do the R&D development for their products.

between those two, Toda.

Toda is the easier to install IMO (never have installed a comptech though).

Fidanza gets a from me as well.

Easier to install...now thats a new one! The clutchmasters is 7.5 and the aluminum comptech like someone else said is 6.75 the lightest available...personally i went with the clutchmasters since its 200 cheaper than the comptech and no probs. at all!

easier to install = holes for screwdriver so you can hold the screwdriver easier with a beer bottle in said hand while tightening flywheel bolt with the other.
