Just throwing this out for consideration.

Would some of you guys actually pay to have a personalized pic of yourself on the track driving your car?

I'm thinking of making it a break even thing on my part (photo quality paper, ink cartridges 8 1/2 X 11 kind of thing available), and the pics would be printed out either at the track or motel. Cost is obviously a concern but I'd think it could be held down to a minimum. Getting the image(s) at high resolution on a CD would be in addition to the printed photo copy (with the consent of whichever photographer took the shot).

There have been a few people that expressed interest in taking pictures of/during the event and they may be the ones to actually contribute some of these, and we could also have some type of group picture(s) or individual requests.

Sounds great ed! I'd definitely be in on that.

I bought two pics last year from the Pro dude at Beaver. Excellent pics and how often are you going to get something like that? Not often... IMO.

Yesh, I will be shooting a LOT of pics that weekend, and I'll have my laptop with me, and I can bring my HP photo printer. If there is enough interest I'll take the dive and purchase a bunch of print cartridges.

BH race.photo will be in full effect that weekend, just need to get my *** in gear and put up a website......

Yoshi and Mr.Clockwork were going to be taking pics (along with many others incluging myself).
Just offering some computer and printer services as I'd meant to do last year.
I bought some pics from the person at Buttonwillow and Gingerman, and saw the guy with the laptop in the trailer at Beaverun. Just thinking we could sort of keep it a bit "in house" this time. We'll see what agreement everyone comes up with respect to doing another Expo CD.

By the way I still have quite a few CD's of last year's event if anyone wants one.
Just IM me (let's say about $12.50 shipped).

I'd be in. They had a company when I did VIR North taking some very high quality pics. You could many different sizes, along with a CD. I ended up getting a 8.5x11" for around $20 I believe, had it framed, and it's up on the wall now.
