engine question
i have a jdm itr b18c and i want to reach the 200 hp to the wheel the car has dc 4-2-1 headers, aem colf air intake, 2.5 piping and a apexi cat back. im buyin cams skunk 2 pro 2 and hytech replicas headers my question is would i be able to hit the 200 hp to the wheel by getting the car tune or what do have to do

To get to 200 WHP isn't that hard... however you need to really think about what your doing first.
Scrap the DC header... pickup something like Toda, Hytech or SMSP. Something that flows better.
Next... think about the cams. You said Skunk2 Pro 2's, with no mention of upping the compression, nor changing the valve train. Pro 2's are designed around more compression than the stock motor. Also, you will need to upgrade the springs/retainers to handle the higher lift camshafts. Lastly... you do realize with those cams that the car is NOT going idle anywhere near stock right?
Basically... you need to do more research. Many of folks have gotten to, or close to 200 WHP with bolt ons and some tuning. By adding cams and pistons it's pretty easy to do.
