Engine problems with the itr

my teg started runnin real bad yesterday. it runs fine at idle but when i put it in gear and start driving, it starts acting up real bad. the tach jumps all over the place even though the engine speed might be something completely different. the engine also jumps and trys to stall real bad too. at first i thought it might be a fuel problem cause we just saw our first freezing temps a couple days ago, and i thought i might have some crappy fuel, even though i run 93, but that doesnt explain why the tach was all over the place
on monday i took the car to a respectable shop which has worked on and raced honda's for many years, and i got a vafc-2 installed. i replaced the exhaust and got the car tuned and it gained just over 21 whp. they finished everything tuesday. wed and thurs i didnt have any problems with the car, but then yesterday it started doing this.
so im wondering what you guys think it is. my guess is its something with the vafc but could it also be something with the temperature as well, considering for the first couple days....i didnt have any problems?

yo man. i had the same problem last week. it was a ground problem. when i drove the car it was fine. but with movement. it lost connection sometimes. and cause my rpms to go crazy.. hope this helps
