Default Engine Load Detector

Anyone knows what will happen if I am getting a voltage of less than 4.5V from my Engine Load Detector? I am getting a reading of only 3V. I have been trying to trace a random problem of bogging at constant throttle input. I was wondering if replacing the ELD will help? I was also thinking that my fuel injection main relay might be faulty. Is it possible that the relay internal contact has worn out causing inconsistent fuel pump operation?

ELD is usually thrown when there is a short in the wiring harness & the alternator fuse blows.

(In the cases I have seen)

and i heard the ELD is a part of the fuse box and it can't be changed by itself

so if u were to change that part. u have to swap out the whole fuse box

Do you have VAFC or Hondata? Mine does the same. I can watch the A/F ratio go way lean whe it happens like the fuel's geting cut off at very light throttle. I blame the Hondata.
