Emissions Problem
I have Kenjis p28 ECUs with OBD 1 and I heard that if you cut jumper cable (j1) it will set the ecu back to factory settings and I will be able to pass. Has anyone done this and had it work? Also, should I plug my EVAP purge solenoid back in for emissions too or does that not effect it? Thanks
