Does This New Comptech Flywheel Look Used to You?
I'm sure the "smudges" can be cleaned up with brake cleaner but I'm just corcerned about the excessive amount of scratches.

not used at all by the look of it. don't worry about those marks. just scrub away at them if you wish.
