Could be a lot of things, best bet is to try the "Tech Forum".

Misfiring injector, fouled spark plug, low compression, bent valves, bad plug wire...

Check you wire connections (fuel injector and spark plug wires) and do a compression check.

I've done a compression test and it barley reads anything in that cylinder

Maybe i should say what i did...
I red lined 3rd. and dropped it into 2nd, but as soon as i let out the clutch (not sure if i let it out completely) i pushed it back in...
Now when i turn it over it sputters and eventually dies

Definitely sounds like bent valves

Let me ask this then. Do you think i should replace them with oem vavles, or what are some good aftermarket valves ?

It's debateable. How high do you wish to rev? I installed ITR inake valves and titanium valve spring retainers (6 grams per valve) on my head for a 9000 rpm limit. Go with aftermarket if you want a slightly higher compression. However, aftermarket valves will not help you if you repeat that misshift.
