FPR or the Fuel Pump itself. Maybe Injectors, or something to do with the duty cycle or injector pulse? Dunno just a thought...?

i had the same problem for a while.

I changed my stock pump for a walbro 190. 2 months laster the code came back again.. and would come on after 2min of driving every day.

my injectors, fuel filter, fuel pump, everything was brand new.

i ended up having to change my O2 sensor and the code never came back!

yep, sounds like the primary O2 sensor is contaminated, either clean it off with compressed air, or put on a new one.

The primary O2 triggers code 43.

You can be tuned perfectly and still throw the code if the O2 "thinks" the system is rich.
