As of now the event it 66% full. So if you are still undecided about attending I would try and make up your mind in the next week or so. It will not be long be for we will be putting people down on a waiting list.

For those of you that email me you all got a response back in 48 hours. If you email Chad then that is a different story. I believe he is still out of town but you should be fine and have a spot. Currently the event is full and we are putting a limited number of people on a waiting list. We always get some cancellations so if you still would like to make the event contact one of the organizers.

Whats the point of getting a email if the event is now full? I mean if the people running this event would have did a better job of responding to emails and keeping everybody up on whats going on, things could be good.

Last year, people throwing this event sent out emails to the people that signed up for the year before event before they let the event be known to others... Why wasnt that done this year?

Well, guess I'll just look foward to the Speedtrial events and a few cgi events... Hopefully my girl didnt send out the check...

What does this mean? I contacted you a few minutes after I got the email, but my check has not been sent yet, as the email I got in return said it didn't have to be sent asap.

good question.. i pretty much did the same thing, but via paypal instead of check.. maybe i'm not out of luck..?

If you contacted me you are on the list even if you have not sent in your payment yet. Payments did NOT have to be in to get on the list you just needed to contact one of the organizers. Payments should be sent in as soon as you can. If you just sent out a payment and did not contact anyone about being on the list please let me know.

I don’t know what the confusion is because I stated in my email replies when payments needed to be in.

I don’t know why we did not contact people via email that attended last year’s event. Joey just asked me to post something up in this forum about the event. Maybe he wanted to give others a chance to attend.
