Default Cell 22, Type R, help please

For some reason or another my check engine light keeps coming on when its cold outside and i start my car. Seems to only come on after a chilly day outside. It will drive fine and start fine but the code comes on. Then after i let the car warm up for 1-2 minutes and turn it off then turn it back on the code dosnt come on.

99 Jdm Itr Motor
p28 ecu, hondata
code 22 on cold start-up's

any-1 know how to fix this or what causes this?

ok, i have the jdm swap so i was told to ground the vtec pressure sensor wire to the chasis of the car, i did that and the problem went a away for a while but now sense it got cold outside it seems to come on when its cold

could this be from a bad ground source?

should i just turn off the cell through hondata sense my JDM swap dosnt have the switch anyways?

Its not because its cold. What setup do you have? Car, year, model, ecu, ems, motor, wiring harness, etc.....
