It was a southern car with no rust and i never drove it during the winter or even rain since i bought it about 7 yrs ago. 2001 PY ITR with 88,494 miles - clean title in hand $17,500 (location: Cincinnati, Ohio)
I have had this car for about 6.5 years now and just never really drive it. It sits in my garage under a car cover and has never been driven in the winter, snow, rain, or any inclement weather since i have owned the vehicle. I had plans to turn this into a race car originally but it was just too nice of a car to abuse it in that way since these things are so hard to find in good condition. Every time i have taken it out someone has commented on how nice it is and you never see them in this good shape anymore. The Good:
88k miles
Clean title
Great body and interior - no rust
All matching VIN stickers
Close to original (see more details in the not so good section)
Comes with all parts i have laying around for it
Southern car (i bought it from NC) with no rust
I have never driven it in any bad weather
Comptech Icebox intake with Samco arm
Stock suspension and stock exhaust The Not So Good:
Previous owner cut the valve cover to expose the timing gears (i have an uncut valve cover i was refinishing but never fully finished which will come with the car)
Previous owner installed a Air/Fuel and Oil Pressure gauge in the dash behind the steering wheel where the dimmer switch and blank go (i believe i have these and should be included with everything else i have)
AEM power steering under pulley (previous owner again)
Suede on the arm rest is basically worn smooth (but i have a brand new ITR arm rest from Honda still in the box which will go with the car and you know these aren't cheap or easy to find)
Previous owner installed a light weight flywheel (i never got around to putting it back to stock)
I auto-xed it only one time a few years ago and after several laps i noticed that it began to pop out of second gear. It didn't do this to me any other time except during that one event. I'm just being honest here.
Missing the exhaust manifold shield (didn't come with the car when i bought it and i never felt the need to buy one)
The suspension is a little squeaky and i would imagine its just the rubber bushings being old.
The side ITR sicker on the passenger side is a little rubbed off (i have a brand new stickers for both sides from Honda which will be included for you to replace if you wish)
Conclusion:
If i think of anything else i will add it here. I am trying to be honest and mention everything i can think of since most likely this will be an out of state sale and i don't want any miss-communications. If you have any questions feel free to let me know and i will do my best to get back to you and update this post with any relevant missing information. On to the pictures:

I have so many cars and enjoy the hunt, chase and build. But I had a unique opportunity to purchase an airplane that I have been after for a long time and it has me spinning.
There isn't much left that I would do besides replacing the front bumper and spoiler and repainting the rear bumper. It could probably use bushings but that's not work I want to do at this point. I have been chasing a nagging small oil leak from the top side, I have replaced everything minus the cam seal and have a feeling that is where it lies. Also due to the lack of enjoyable time the car has been sitting and the clutch is a little sticky. I haven't had anytime to look into. Once it warms up it seems to be ok.
All original paint on the entire car except the front bumper and lip. The rear bumper could use a fresh coat at some point. The only body work anywhere is to the front bumper as stated originally.
I took pics of the couple spots rust in the pics. No rust repair anywhere as it wouldn't be necessary. Trunk is perfect as well as the undercar. I am not near the car or I would get some pics. There are pics of the exhaust work that the undercarriage can be seen a little. Has some surface rust on a few of the bolt heads is all but the suspension easily came apart.
Car went through 25 hours of exterior restoration, with all new badging. There are a few door dings, to be expected with the age. I spent 5 hours on the interior removing the seats detailing the carpet and seats. Sourced a new glove box door and center console and installed them. Also has the JDM console installed now, but comes with the OEM with the badge.
I sourced an OEM integra radio but with green illumination, orange is hard to find.
I have a new door seal for driverside, rear hatch struts and fender trims I have yet to install. Aside from that it will need very minimal work.
The car was a 2 owner car until 2015 when it was purchased by a flipper, and I am the 4th titled owner, free and clear title in my name
The car does have higher miles but anyone who knows me I'm sure can tell you how reliable the car is, as I looked for a car like this for more than 10 years. Currently has ~170k miles and the car does not smoke or burn oil.
Asking $19,500 and i am open to reasonable offers, not willing to part the car at all. Comes with everything OEM that I have here.

clear front signals with ZEVO LED’s and the proper flasher, have all the OEM pieces
sourced an OEM integra radio but with green illumination, orange is hard to find, OEM power antenna works, added iPod adapter to OEM radio
have a new door seal for driverside as well as rear hatch struts i have yet to install
2 more OEM HAMP oil filters as well
all the gaskets, oil pan, vtec solenoid, valve cover, oil change
it is due for an alignment
has a prestige alarm but is not functioning properly
