Two broken bolts..
Well I've been doing a fairly large project w/ my '97 hatch and I've almost finished but I have two lousy broken bolts in my way.. One is in the LCA and subframe and the other is in the LCA and the trailing arm, they are both on the passanger side. Now I would like to try to save the thread on the subframe but if I do have to drill the bolt out how hard is it to re-thread it? I can get my hands on a tap & die set if I need to but I want to avoid it.. The bolt in the trailing arm isn't as big of a problem. I am changing the stock drums to discs and I am using the teg trailing arms so saving the thread is not an issue, I'm just concerned w/ damaging the collar insided of the LCA bushing. This forum has been helpful when I've gotten stuck so far and now I'm so close! Any help would be great. Thanks!

Re: Two broken bolts.. (Easy Eddy)
Bump.. I cut the trailing arm away from the LCA to get at the bolt a little better but the sucker is still stuck.. The Subframe bolt is still untouched.
