Default balancing?

I have a CM 9.5Lbs light weight flywheel on my B18C and I was told it was balanced from the factory. I already installed it on my car and I was wondering if I can/should still get it balanced with my crankshaft. Would I have to remove the block from my car? can they balance it with the motor still in the car? where do I bring it to get balanced?

I know some of you R owners have aftermarket lightweight flywheels... did you guys worry about it?

the crank is balanced by itself, if the flywheel has been balanced, then when you bolt the two together, they will be balanced.
