Default B18C5 - Weird diagnostic code... help?!

I have a JDM B18c5.
It has been throwing codes, which I originally thought was because of my secondary 02 sensor... I took it to a tech I know at a Honda dealer & he pulled the codes for me.
The o2 sensor was throwing codes, but there were two others that stumped us both.
Does anyone know what these two codes are?

Thanks!

~Dan

Sidenote: I brought the car in because she's been bogging recently. The RPM's will jump and drop occasionally when there's positive or negative change in throttle - but never when it's wide open.
My guy suspects the secondary o2 sensor is acting up again, not picking up heat and affecting my 'normal' driving - and causing the problem
...thought I'd throw this in just in case it helps :D

what ecu are you using? The JDM P73 for the B18c doesn't use the secondary O2
