An apology and a promise!

Re: An apology and a promise! (Lucky-R)
Dave, you have always treated me with respect and I have not one negative to say about your business. Thank you for all that you have done for me when I needed parts in a rush.
It is always great to see you at the tracks when you can come along with Chad. I know he is getting "hitched" soon and I hope you can still make it out to many events!
Anytime you really want that Common Rail 24v CUmmins to really get Owned in a race just say the words!

Re: An apology and a promise!
Sounds good and all, but as I have had my share of trouble with R&D this is a bit late for an apology for those of us who waited a year for parts or a refund. But, if you have learned something from all that then good for you, hopefully future customers will not get the treatment I got.

I didn't want to be the only one to say this.
I'll believe an apology and promise when I get my $300 part I ordered in 2001.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback, both in and out of this post. The comments, criticisms, advice, etc has not been wasted on deaf ears. I look forward to moving on and to what the future holds - which will hopefully include redealing with past lost clients and regaining their trust, kinship, and business.
As always, please contact me if you have an issue or with your questions, comments, or gripes at sales@randdmotorsports.com
Thank you and Happy Holidays to all - I guess its getting to be that time already.

Re: An apology and a promise! (FAST4DR)
We've all seen R&D's reputation go through its ups and downs here on the board.
For the record, I've personally been waiting on parts from R&D for a few years.
That said, I never felt afraid that I was being scammed. I have communicated with Dave for years, discussing more than just parts and orders, and I know he is a good guy. Despite the problems people were having with R&D I never thought anything bad of Dave, himself. This is why R&D has remained in my signature all this time, and will continue to remain there.

Re: An apology and a promise! (rathead)
When I first came on to the board randd and ips were two of the biggest sponsers and I loved checking out all the parts on their web pages. I directed my friend to them to get his spoon strut bars, even though he waited a year, he still got them in the end. Hopefully we will see your webpage up soon so I can blow the money I have sitting in my account .
