Amount of time to take off/put on lip?

Amount of time to take off/put on lip?
Lets say i have a OEM JDM lip, but i wanna take it off, then put on a spoon c/f lip. How long does this process take? And what tools will i need? Any info appreciated. Thx.

shouldn't take long at all....just a couple of screws and bolts.....where did you get the spoon lip from???how much was it??? i'm looking for one but they are all too pricey.thanks for the info

if no drilling is required, about 5 minutes.
