Default 5 lug conversion issue

I'm doing a five lug conversion with parts off of a Civic Type R so I can use my same 32 mm axles that are on the car. I noticed the knuckle doesn't have the threads on the side for the ABS line. For those of you who have done this conversion, how did you resolve this problem?

I'm thinking of taking the knuckles to a machine shop and getting them threaded with the proper thread pitch.

the flat spots on the side are what I'm referring to. My Integra has the flat spots drilled out and threaded from the factory.

This may not be on ITR related exactly but I've heard of guys using the CTR conversion when rebuilding a theft recovery ITR or something along those lines so that's why I posted in this subforum.

Thanks!

I'm going to price how much ABS knuckles will be compared to how much modifying these knuckles will be and go from there.
