First of all, your stock cat is probably acting as a bottle neck for your whole exhaust system. Second, as others have said, lego building isn't going to work, so start doing research on how to mod a car effectively. Read the articles on Team-Integra.net for starters.

Sounds like you could be runing too rich with bad gas for that timing advance

Maybe if you weren't using generic parts and got some decent stuff you'd notice more gains. C'mon...Arospeed exhaust..."racing 4-2-1 headers"....????
