I just installed the skunk2 manifold and i don't know what hose goes on the part thats circled..

 

Thats the PCV valve.

thanks i got it figured out. the hose goes on top of the manifold.

 

GET A 99 00 SI PCV VALVE SO IT WOULLD GO STRIGHT UP NOT CURVE

that's what i thought until i saw that cheap oil filters use cardboard.....yes CARDBOARD.

that's no way to treat a motor

lmao ok thanks...but my FRAM is still on there. oil has only 300 miles on it.

 

if cheap ones use cardboard, then what other use? WIX/OEM/NAPA GOLD.

no i think they use white gold...the HAMP filter uses pure gold.

 

Fram filters used cardboard end caps on the end of the filter media. Better filters use metal end caps.

OEM Honda filter that are made in Canada are also made by Fram and also use card board end caps I believe.

I use STP filters, good and relatively cheap

 

just go with whatever cheaper... who givds a damn if its cardboard. it still works perfectly
