Wiring issues
Are u talkin bout the engine wiring harness?
The cx and dx civics o2 sensor wire is only one. And the integra is a 4 wire o2 sensor. Is the reason y it said to rewire it. If ur o2 sensor wiring has 4 wires on the o2 plug then u should b good.
If u took the ls wiring then everything should hook right up to the gsr. U would just wire up vtec and vtec pressure switch (can't remember ) but I think u have to wire knock sensor to the ecu too.
