wireing problem need help
ok guys this is my second post and no one helped on the last one maybe its because it might have been alittle confusing. ok so here is my problems but I will list the things ive done to the car recently witch now I have these problems
1996 integra ls turbo(p28 hondata s300)
1. car wont start
2. the fuel pump wont prime unless the green/blue wire from ecu is grounded
3. no spark
ok so what I have a turbo integra. I had it tuned an ran fine no problems. only thing was my tranny had a 3rd gear grind. I bought it like that off of a friend. so after I got the car I turboed it and I loved it and wanted to keep putting more money into it so I bought syncros for it and waited till winter to do the project. well my friend said why not do a wire tuck seeing how there isn't many wires and the most of them run along the wheel well to the lights anyway will be very easy. so I went ahead and did the tuck. NOW THIS IS WHERE MY PROBLEMS ARE AT. I pulled all my wires in on one side at a time. I cut all my connectors going to the headlights and pulled it threw the door where my window harness is and extened them to the headlights and fogs and so on. I did the same to the pass. then the main harness on the driver side I cut the connector and extened all the wires to go across the firewall to the middle(where my mill spec connector is at). I then spliced them 1 by 1. cut one wire off both sides and connected so I didn't lose my place. then once they were done I did the same to the other 2 connectors on the pass side. made sure I did 1 wire at a time. shrink rapped everything and made sure it was all good. I put my dash back in. also at that time I pulled all of my air bags and the air bag module out because I don't want them. and I pulled the abs module and harness. there is a orange connector under the blower motor I disconnected because it ran straight back to the abs module. now once its all back together it wont start. idk why. I have checked all my relays and fused about 4543 times.
I have been at this problem for about a week now. I got wire diagrams traced everything out. it don't make any sence to me. I even checked all my grounds. they are good. the car cranks fine no problem.
I have tried everything. the only thing I haven't don't yet is cut the entire harness apart and put the old connectors back in.WITCH I DONT WANNA DO THAT BEACUSE ITS NOT TUCKED. im to the point I wanna get rid of it. I just talked to someone and seeing about getting a factory uncut harness and pulling the dash and putting it in.
IF ANYONE CAN HELP WOULD BE AWESOME. EVEN GIVE ME THINGS TO TRY. IM RUNNING OUT OF TIME. HONDA DAY I S IN 5 WEEKS. I WANNA GET MY CAR PAINTED AND IM GOING TO MEXICO BEFORE HONDA DAY. THANKSSS GUYS

If grounding the green/blue turns on the fuel pump then either the ECU/ECM is bad, or something related, [wiring] to the ECU/ECM is bad.
Check continuity of the green/blue lead between the PGM-FI Main relay and the ECUY/ECM.
First thing I would do is check for power on IGP1 and IGP2 at the ECU/ECN, both must have power when ign. switch is in run or start positions.
Both leads should be yellow/black and the only two yellow/black leads going to the ECU/ECM.
Question, does engine start when you ground the green/blue lead? 94

I figured out the problem. 2 conntors are the same but on either side of the bay. so when all pulled back to one they got mixed up. not thinking they had 2 of the same conntors. but now I got another problem. im getting a misfire in 3,4 and the car keeps blowing coils
