I'm not sure if this is where this should be but here goes. I started my wire tuck today and I'm not sure if the path for the harness is the best place for it. I am doing this to my DA. I don't have any pictures right now, but I have decided to drill one 1.75" holes on each side through the frame rails one each side. The holes are going to be right behind the strut towers on each side. I plan on going from the out side (behind the fender) through to the engine bay. Now this to me, was the best route to take. I have put into consideration the weakining of the frame but I dont think that this will affect the stregnth enough to make a difference. I also realize that removing an factory part of the frame is going to weakin it to some extent but in this case I think it will be fine. Anyway, My question is does anyone have any other alternative routes without going back through the firewall. Also I would love to see some pics of a DA wire tuck and maybe some DIY info.
