Few months ago was replacing stereo then it wouldn’t turn on wasn’t getting any power to constant so I ran my own to the stereo from the battery recently decided to try and fix it tore out the wiring harness for the dash redid wiring still wasn’t getting any power to wire then I checked the fuse panel and put a multimeter to the prong for constant wasn’t getting any power from there checked fuses. Everything seems fine. Can’t figure out why that wire isn’t getting any power and would it be OK to just bypass it and splice into that wire, I have directly hooked up to the battery? And add a fuse obviously.
