I just bought an used honda civic ex 2000....I turned on the windshield wiper..and it worked..i tried to turn it faster..but it stucked..didnt move to next level..i twisted the control switch harder and i heard a cracking sound..then it moved to next level...However, it didnt move any faster and didnt stop either...;(((...even i turned it off... there also clicking sound somewhere near fuse box...i had to took out the fuse for windshield wiper to make it stop....PLEASE..HELP..
