you need bigger rotors and some fabrication/modification is involved.
somebody here has done the NSX calipers.. can't remember who tho.

Preludes have 11.1" rotors so it fits. Teg rotors aren't that big. So, yes NSX calipers will fit (with some grinding) and the addition of 11.1" rotors redrilled to 4x100 bolt pattern.
Apparently though, dual piston calipers from the 95 Legend are bigger and arguably better then NSX calipers.

you will have to shave a few mm off the bracket that attaches to the hub, then you'll have to get 95 prelude vtec rotors (4x114) and redrill them to 4x100. then you done. i used to have 96 nsx caliper on the front and the rear of my integra.
