Yes it will.
You must relocate the battery to either the trunk/rear seat or use a smaller battery and mount it lower on the frame rail in front.
After you do that, it will fit perfectly!

If G2IC were up, I'd show you. But...
You need to get one of those really small Odyssey batteries with the bracket. No more than $100 total. All you do is bolt the bracket and battery up right below where the stock lead block used to be.
You save weight, make the engine bay look better and get a free flowing intake in the process. Some have even gotten the DC2 OEM air intake and box to work...
