Where does this hook up to?
I changed from a obd2 tb to an obd1 tb and don't know where that connects to?
Someone help please?

i think that is one of COOLing thing that conneted with manifold..

it goes to that black evap thing.. down between the im and battery... that black cylinder. sorry i dont know what its called exactly

You don't need it on an OBDII. Cap it off.
