Default when to replace timing belt

Well i have a 2001 bone stock LS it has 110k miles i was wondering when it would be a smart idea to replace the timing belt and waterpump

it calls for water pump/timing belt at 105k. so you're overdue if u haven't done it yet.

i usally would do earlier tho..i did mines at 95 just ot be safe.
