Steering wheel shaking when accelerating?

Steering wheel shaking when accelerating?
So next problem of mine friend:
When accelerating the steering wheel is shaking, if he breaking or just go without throttle everything is OK.
My idea is, that its bad CV joint or the axle?
What do you think?

I had an opposite problem where the wheel would shake unless I was accelerating and it turned out I had very loose lug nuts. Shouldnt be axle related, sounds more of a suspension/bushing issue.
