any ideas on how to get wheel locks off without having the key????? i need them off to put my slicks on :-)

 

how did you get them on in the first place?

 

i lost the ******* key

 

go to any tire store they can get them off for you for about 30 bucks.....if you have the oem wheel looks that will be harder to take off though....

 

For aftermarket style locks, you just buy a 12 point socket a little bigger than your lugs, and hammer it on. Yes, it destroys the lug. For the stock locks, you can use a "universal" socket (Sears carries them) with the little pins inside. They can hook into the "swirly" pattern cut into the locking lug, and break it loose.

Body shop just lost mine too. If they are honda then you can go to the honda dealer and they have keys.
