Looking into buying headers for 01 gsr......but I have notice that some companies only go up to 99 or they have two different model # one for 94-99 gsr and 00-01 gsr...is there really a difference between the two or just as longs it fits a gsr ( b-series engine ) it good to go???

 

94-99 no bung in the header
00-01 header bung

They are different lengths as well, and correct me if Im wrong the flange is also rotated on the 00-01 compared to the horizontal flange on the 94-99.

 

you need to buy the header for the year of your car thats why it will say 94-99 or 00-01 there is a difference

 

It makes a difference if you dont know what year your car is

 

The 00-01 is longer than the 94-99. Any B18B header will fit the 00-01 GSRs.

For your car, you'll want the header for any one of the following:

'97+ ITR
'00+ GS-R
'94+ LS/RS/GS
