what is wrong with this.
ok i have a 95 integra gs-r and my intermit wiper constantly runs, i have pulled the fuse for it and my windows dont roll down, does anyone know what i should to, to fix it.
Holy cow.
Best suggestion, if this post is for real, is take it to a dealership. Sounds like you have a bad switch and pulled the wrong fuse. You are better off paying them to fix it before something REALLY gets fubar'd. Get a Helms manual, you can get them cheap on ebay. Good luck.

in your intermediate function, there is a resistor. This resistor increases the ammount of time needed to saturate the capisitor, thus causing the pause for a few seconds between wiping cycles.
It appears as though your resistor is no longer resisting current flow, ie commonly refered to as "burned out". Probably a VERY inexpensive part, but probably not available as just a part to be replaced from a small board. you will probably need toe wiper control system of some kind.
But, if this is the problem, then i know thats the cause.
