I have a 95 4dr gsr, i just got a new chip and exhaust. I was wondering why i am getting poor gas mileage and a chit load of black dust coming out from my exhaust.

yeah get a vafc or soemthing.

what chip is it?

 

reset the ECM and do a complete tune up to include PCV valve and cleaning out the intake manifold.

 

... i dont know what that means except for cleaning the IM which i dont know how to do... could you explain it to a non xpert? thanks though

 

the chip probably changed your fuel curve
so now your motor is running way too rich

 

is that bad

no..just needs to be "leaned out"...do you have an adjustable FPR??
